DELIVERY

We currently deliver to Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Bedford, with free delivery available within a 5-mile radius of the following postcodes: MK5, NN4, and MK43.

If you're outside this area, a charge of 60p per mile will apply for every mile beyond the 5-mile radius. We’ll calculate any additional delivery costs before sending your final invoice to ensure you’re happy to proceed.

Our standard delivery windows are weekdays after 5:30pm and weekends between 9:00am and 12pm. While these are our typical times, we’re happy to accommodate reasonable requests and will work with you to ensure your flowers arrive safely.

Subscription bouquets arrive once a month, with delivery dates confirmed ahead of time. We send all deliveries to the same address, and any delivery fees are included upfront. We’ll do our best to schedule a time that works well for you.

Please note: We do not offer collection at this time.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take great care to ensure every bouquet is fresh, beautiful, and delivered with love. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may offer a partial refund or replacement bouquet in the following cases:

The flowers arrived damaged
The wrong bouquet was delivered

All refund or replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send a photo of the flowers and your order details to flowerpot.floraldesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving them.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
